Project – On-Demand eLearning Courses

GEC’s past performance includes the opportunity to work with and support the Security Services Department in the customization, design, and development of eLearning course products for “Insider Threat Awareness Training, Classified National Security Information Awareness Training, as well as SCI Awareness Training.

These courses were designed to address the Presidential Mandate for Insider Threat Awareness Training and Handling of Classified Materials – Executive Order 113587, and Presidential Directive PDD-12 for Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) Threats . GEC worked closely with the Security Services Department to deploy their training security compliance library in support of personnel responsible for safeguarding classified materials.

Project – Rapid eLearning Course Development:

GEC’s past performance includes the opportunity to work with and support the Security Services Department in the customization, design, and development of their 1st rapid eLearning course titled “Classified National Security Information Awareness Training, their “SCI Awareness Training”, as well as their “Derivative Classification Training”.

These courses were designed to address the Presidential Mandate for Insider Threat Awareness Training and Handling of Classified Materials – Executive Order 113587, and Presidential Directive PDD-12 for Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) Threats . GEC worked hand-and hand with the Security Services department and LMS support staff to deploy their new training library in support of background Federal Investigators working in the field.

Project – Rapid eLearning Course Development:

GEC’s past performance includes the opportunity to work with and support the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) in the customization, design, and development of their 1st rapid eLearning course titled “Small Business Contracting Made Easy”, “Government Purchase Card Training”, and “Market Research Training”.

This course was designed to introduce somewhat complex contracting rules and regulations through a new, innovative, and easy to understand approach to learning. GEC worked hand-and hand with the small business department and LMS support staff to deploy this new training to the entire OPM community.
